The structure of the site, its texts, its photographs and its visual identity are the property of Les Avalanches Annecy, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, display or adaptation, in whole or in part, is forbidden without prior written permission.
The crests of opposing clubs and the partner logos shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
Personal data
The contact form collects your first name, last name, email address, the subject of your inquiry and the content of your message.
- Purpose
- Receiving your inquiry and answering it. No marketing of any kind is carried out.
- Legal basis
- The legitimate interest of the association in replying to the people who contact it.
- Recipients
- The board members in charge of correspondence. No data is shared, rented or sold to third parties.
- Retention
- Messages are kept for as long as it takes to handle the inquiry, then deleted from the admin area of the site.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, by writing to [email protected]. Should a disagreement persist, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.
Cookies
Browsing the public site sets no cookie at all: no analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracker.
A single technical cookie named avalanches_session is set when signing in to the admin area, which is reserved for authorized club members. It keeps the session open and expires after twelve hours.
External services and links
Memberships are handled by the HelloAsso platform, the club shop and the social networks by their respective operators. Any data you send them falls under their own terms of use.
Les Avalanches Annecy cannot be held liable for the content of the third-party sites the site links to.
